We were tasked with creating a PowerPoint proposal document for WEB Culture Co., Ltd., a proposal-oriented web development company that runs parallel to digital marketing and strategy.
We focused on conveying the strengths of being a "Strategic Advisor" in designing websites, which involves information architecture for digital content, strategic proposals, and logically planned user pathways. The design is kept simple and efficient to effectively communicate the message.
To ensure minimal effort in post-delivery editing and to facilitate time-saving in document creation and efficient sales processes, we structured the presentation with a slide master setup and user-friendly elements.
Since our client wanted a design that was as simple as possible throughout, we proposed a minimalist color scheme with a monochrome base and an accent color of orange.
To avoid a heavy look, I adjusted the tones slightly.
For the font, I selected a free-to-use typeface with high visibility and a variety of weights to ensure ease of editing for the client after delivery.
