A4 Landscape
We have designed a company introduction presentation for a staffing agency, specifically tailored for new employees.
Starting from the original text, we proposed a structure, handled the design, and provided a total solution. The presentation is currently being utilized in seminars targeted at new graduates.
To ensure readability in both print and web formats, we opted for a clear and impactful font on A4-sized pages. We proposed a style guide and configured the slide master to facilitate easy editing.
Designed to be A4 size for easy use in both print and distribution, we chose a color scheme with clear contrast to ensure visibility of each element, even when printed in black and white.
The entire process, including proposal structuring (approximately 2 days) and document design (approximately 7 days from initial draft submission to delivery), was completed within the specified timeframe.
Keeping the target audience, new employees, in mind, we focused on creating a friendly, clear, and easily understandable document through precise text editing and design considerations.

We proposed using free stock illustrations as design assets, ensuring that even with future revisions or changes in content, clients can easily source materials independently after delivery.
Rather than using the materials as is, we incorporated them by combining with other shapes or icons, aiming for a unified visual identity (tonal management) across the entire document while aligning with the specific design requirements of the content.
