We have designed a sales document for "EMS indepth," which enables muscle training using electricity, in PowerPoint format. The document specifically targets clinics such as orthopedic and acupuncture clinics for product introduction. We utilized illustrations of the human body's bones and muscles to clearly demonstrate which parts of the body benefit from the product.
In the PowerPoint slide master, we set up common elements like headers as template designs to make it easy for multiple people, including sales representatives, to edit even after delivery. For the implementation steps, we created navigation tabs for each procedure and designed them to be easily referenced within the PowerPoint document by setting hyperlinks to the relevant slides.
Based on the brand image of the product, we have proposed a brand template for PowerPoint presentations, including font and color schemes.
For the fonts, we have chosen standard Windows OS fonts to ensure that clients can edit them easily. Regarding the color scheme, we incorporated a slight glossy gradient to prevent the presentation from feeling too heavy, based on your preference for a black-themed palette. To reflect the functionality of penetrating muscles with electric stimulation, we have integrated graphic materials that evoke images of electricity and pulse waves at key points.
Since the presentation heavily features photographic materials, we have opted for simple outline icon designs to ensure that each slide does not become overloaded with information. This approach helps maintain a balanced amount of information per slide.

For the photographic materials, we utilized AI features to cut out the backgrounds and further refined them using PowerPoint's gradient and lighting functions, allowing for adjustments directly on the slides.
By setting up layouts in the slide master's placeholders, we've made it easy to swap out photos, ensuring that the PowerPoint presentation supports efficient sales activities. We've also set up hyperlinks to each step of the implementation process, enabling interactive functionality even when viewed as a PDF, presenting a sales document that can stand alone and guide the reader seamlessly through the content.
