As their real estate brokerage specializes in high-end luxury properties for sale and lease, we designed the materials with a sophisticated and luxurious aesthetic. The layout is in an A4 landscape format, making it convenient for printing and use.
To ensure ease of use even after delivery, we set up PowerPoint Slide Master templates with placeholders for images and text. This allows for seamless photo replacements, slide additions, and edits as needed.
Since the company specializes in high-end luxury real estate brokerage, we carefully refined and aligned the fonts, color scheme, image assets, and decorative elements to match the client’s desired brand image. We also proposed a style guide to ensure consistency in the overall design.
As the materials were intended for print use as well, we meticulously adjusted the placement of page numbers, text margins, and overall layout to enhance readability and usability in the PowerPoint presentation design.
As we were entrusted with designing both a proposal document and a sales presentation, we focused on creating a simple yet functional template that allows for easy editing. To ensure usability for non-designers, such as sales representatives, we incorporated guidelines and placeholders, making the materials intuitive to update.
Before starting the design, we also consulted on the document structure. By incorporating customer testimonials and a step-by-step flow of the property handover process, we differentiated the materials from the company’s website while ensuring that the sales documents effectively serve their intended purpose.
