We were entrusted with the design of the Culture Deck for Groovement’s Skill Sharing Services in PowerPoint.

This Culture Deck serves as both an introduction to Groovement’s skill-sharing business and a presentation for recruitment purposes, focusing specifically on the two key services: "Strategy Consultant Bank" and "IT Consultant Bank".

To ensure brand consistency while distinguishing the two businesses, we developed a style guide and PowerPoint template design that incorporates and harmonizes the brand colors of both services, creating a cohesive yet visually distinct presentation.

With a clear distinction between the two businesses by assigning green as the theme color for Strategy Consultant Bank and navy for IT Consultant Bank, we incorporated diagram-based designs to effectively highlight their unique characteristics and differences in the PowerPoint Culture Deck.

For content that applies to both businesses, we created a blended color scheme that seamlessly integrates both brand colors. This approach ensures a consistent branding identity for Groovement as a whole, resulting in a well-structured and cohesive Culture Deck.

Since this Culture Deck is specifically targeted for recruitment, we designed it to be simple yet approachable, ensuring that the company’s values and structure are clearly conveyed. Given its purpose as a recruitment document, we incorporated a variety of people-centric imagery to create a more engaging and relatable presentation.

For sections covering partner organizations and owned media, we adopted a slightly more playful and sporty design, tailoring the visuals to match the content. This added a touch of creativity and a sense of fun, making the slides more dynamic while maintaining alignment with the overall branding.
