I would like to know the estimated number of production days.The timeframe varies depending on the project, but for PowerPoint presentation creation (around 20 slides), it typically takes 7 to 10 days. For infographics or graphic creation, the average duration is around 5 days per item. Please note that working days are generally weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Design Creation: Our team begins the actual design creation process. Initial Draft Submission: We submit the initial draft for your review. Revisions and Final Delivery: We address any revisions if necessary and proceed to the final delivery. Payment: The payment process is initiated. Please note: For document creation, if content refinement or structural suggestions are required, we will propose them after the formal order placement. Payment timing may involve upfront payment in some cases.

Can you provide images and illustrations?Yes, we can provide materials sourced from the stock site registered on our end at no additional cost as it is included in the design fee. However, for specialized fields or specific product photos or illustrations, there might be instances where we can't provide them, and we may request you to source them. If needed, we can propose and purchase materials from paid stock sites or collaborate with an illustrator for original illustrations at an additional cost.

Do I need to prepare text for the content?Yes, generally, we assume that clients will provide the written content. If there are reference materials such as websites or PDFs, we can use them for proposals, but we may need additional information for content planning. Please note that there are cases where we may not be able to provide writing services for certain content, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Is it possible to create it using Google Slides or Keynote?We can accommodate design work using Google Slides. However, our ability to do so depends on your specific requirements. Please be advised that we do not support Keynote at this time.

What communication tools are available?In addition to email, I mainly use Slack, Discord, and Chatwork. For ongoing transactions or long-term projects, we often proceed with Slack.

Therefore, revisions after the initial draft submission are minimal, averaging around 0 to 2 rounds.
